Awash Bank S.C: Commissioning and Implementation of ManageEngine Service Desk Solutions project

Awash Bank S.C project overseeing the commissioning and implementation of ManageEngine Desktop Central and Service Desk ManageEngine Solutions. The project also included the addition of licenses for ManageEngine products and an online international training for staff.  The project has a budget of 39,208,905.76 Birr. The project achieved the following milestones. 

  • Integration of prominent help-desk products like Service Desk Plus, ServiceDesk plus Cloud, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow Asset Explorer, Analytics Plus ,Browser Security Plus and Spiceworks to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Remote management and monitoring of device networks using a user-friendly DesktopCentral UI, which is designed to manage endpoints such as PCs (both Windows OS and Mac OS) and Linux-based servers and workstations. OpManager with NCM includes the capability to monitor the availability and configuration changes of network devices, as well as the ability to update routers with configlets.
